A Day in the Life at Waves

  • Route Mastery: Manage a daily route providing both pest defense and lawn fertilization/treatment services.

  • Yard & Home Diagnosis: Inspect properties to identify pests, weeds, or lawn health issues, and apply the right solutions to keep them looking pristine.

  • Professionalism: Keep your uniform, truck, and equipment in “parade-ready” condition.

  • Customer Education: Chat with homeowners about their lawn and pest needs, offering expert advice and additional service solutions.

  • Precision Work: Apply treatments safely and accurately, maintaining legible service records and tickets.

  • Independent Drive: Work outdoors independently while staying motivated to hit your daily goals.

What You Bring to the Crew

  • Qualifications: 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.

  • Licensing: A valid driver’s license is a must. (Existing pest or lawn certifications are a huge plus, but we will train the right person!)

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in the Florida climate, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, and safely navigate ladders or equipment.

  • People Skills: A friendly attitude and a commitment to “service with a smile.”

  • Availability: Ability to work a full-time schedule with occasional Saturdays to wrap up the week’s route.
