We had been using a well known competitor but their service was poor (many times we had to have them address shoddy work), they rushed through the service and there was an undeserved & unwarranted increase in their new unreasonable annual charge. Adam provided an extensive overview of his services and quoted a vastly more competitive rate. After two service calls we're not only impressed by Adam's expertise and knowledge but the level of service provided by Waves is absolutely astonishing (we're from New York and that's not easily done). He's also going to be treating our palms that are struggling and he's mapped out a comprehensive strategy to get them back to health.
