We rent our Florida house for about 5 months out of the year and a guest contacted me saying they would like someone to come out and take care of some ghost ants they were seeing (note: these are not just little ants….they are practically invisible and very difficult to tackle). My previous service just “sprays” which does nothing and which Adam explained can also cause multiple colonies to form (there can be more than one queen). He came out the next day and took care of things. What I also appreciated was his sensitivity to the fact that we have paying guests staying at the house (that review me) and they need to feel both comfortable and confident. He handled the entire process with great care as if these were also his guests. He made a follow up call saying that the issue was very very minor (put my mind at ease) and sent a report detailing the actions taken. Highly recommend. I am in the process of switching my current service since I need someone that can “look around the corners” and be thoughtful and trustworthy in their approach.

I had a major bee swarm in my garage . I called Waves and within 30 minutes Adam came to the rescue. He got rid of all of them ! He is very knowledgeable and found the root of the issue and will be back as to make sure they do not swarm my home again.
