Adam Benetti

Adam founded Waves Pest Control in 2014 after a decade of working under other operators across Manatee and Sarasota counties. He built the company on one promise: show up when you say you will, diagnose before you treat, and never upsell a service the home doesn’t need.

Background

Adam holds a Florida FDACS license in both general household pest control and lawn & ornamental. He spent his first years in the industry specializing in subterranean termite work — subslab and perimeter treatments for homes in Bradenton, Palmetto, and Ellenton where the hardpan and high water table make traditional bait stations unreliable.

Outside the truck

Adam lives in Manatee County with his family. When he’s not in the field or the office he’s usually on the water — fishing the Manatee River or Tampa Bay — which is where the “Waves” in Waves Pest Control actually came from.
