Adam Benetti founded Waves Pest Control in 2024.
Originally from Northern California, Adam studied economics at Colorado State University and spent his career in technology and medical-device sales — with stops in Denver, Austin, and Chicago along the way. An entrepreneurial itch, a desire to do work that directly helps people, and a pull toward warmer weather brought him to Florida, where he founded Waves.
He built the company on one promise: show up when you say you will, diagnose before you treat, and never upsell a service a home doesn’t need.
Credentials
Waves Pest Control is FDACS-licensed in every Florida pest control category except fumigation. Adam is an FDACS Licensed Pest Control Operator and a Florida Certified Lawn & Ornamental Technician, and he personally signs off on the technical accuracy of the content published on this site.

Adam lives in Southwest Florida with his family.
