How much does the Waves app cost?

The app is free for every Waves customer — there are no in-app fees. The only charges are for your real pest and lawn services, and those are processed securely through Stripe.

Which phones is the Waves app available on?

The Waves app is available for iPhone on the Apple App Store and for Android on Google Play. Download links are at the top and bottom of this page.

Do I need an account to use it?

Yes. The app is for current Waves customers. Sign in with the phone number on your account and we text you a verification code — no password to remember.

What can I do in the app?

See upcoming and past visits, read your service reports and lawn scores, pay invoices and manage autopay, get push notifications, unlock with Face ID, and track your referral rewards.

Is my information secure?

Yes. You can lock the app behind Face ID, payments run through Stripe so your card details never touch our servers, and we do not use any third-party advertising trackers.

I'm not a Waves customer yet — can I still use it?
